About Ada Gallo

I was seven when my family left Italy for Canada. They called me "Ottobrina"—as unpredictable as the October winds—but one thing stayed constant: my passion for cooking. My father teased that we could feed an army for dinner every day.
Some years later, as a teenager working after school at my parents restaurant I mastered everything, from kitchen to management, to become a Boss Lady.
By my twenties, already married I laid the first stone of my own little empire: Patisserie Maison Motta. Success followed, but I craved more. Inspired by Italy’s counter-service eateries that I had seen in my trips, I introduced a concept merging fast food, signature sauces and fine dining. It was an instant hit, gourmet dishes at affordable prices!
For fifty years my family and business thrived together. At Motta my team moved as an orchestra, following my directions. Each achievement was a shared triumph. Now, I’m ready to follow my heart again with my exclusive line of sauces, crafted with the same excellence that earned my customers’ loyalty and trust.
