Ingredients
- 12 cooked meatballs (see recipe above)
- 1 jar Gallo Tomato Basil Sauce
- 4 hoagie rolls or small baguettes
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Warm Meatballs: Heat meatballs in Gallo Tomato Basil Sauce on the stove.
- Assemble Subs: Slice rolls, fill with meatballs and sauce, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Melt: Broil subs for 2–3 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish: Top with parsley and serve hot.
