These hearty meatball subs are a crowd favorite. Juicy meatballs, melted mozzarella, and the fresh, tangy taste of Gallo Tomato Basil Sauce, all packed into a crusty baguette. Ideal for casual dinners or game day feasts.

Ingredients

  • 12 cooked meatballs (see recipe above)
  • 1 jar Gallo Tomato Basil Sauce
  • 4 hoagie rolls or small baguettes
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Warm Meatballs: Heat meatballs in Gallo Tomato Basil Sauce on the stove.
  2. Assemble Subs: Slice rolls, fill with meatballs and sauce, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan.
  3. Melt: Broil subs for 2–3 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  4. Garnish: Top with parsley and serve hot.
